Had my 2nd facial with Kelly today really enjoyed it - best bit was the exfoliation really refreshing. I really like the way Kelly explains why she does things and what she thinks will suit me best - a very personal touch. Kelly is also very professional and knows her stuff I needed help with skin tags on my neck and redness on my face. So I found Beauty Defined and went and saw Natalie. Immediately put at ease by Natalie's knowledge, brilliant explanations, down to earth friendly but professional approach and made me laugh with "oooo I love a skin tag!!!" I am now on a plan of treatment and the patch test for the tag is done with further appointment for remainder. I feel my confidence growing already, thanks to Natalie. The clinic is in such an accessible place and is a lovely, clean, relaxed environment, I particularly liked that I could go in the evening. Above all, Beauty Defined is probably one of the best aesthetics clinics in the country. Natalie saw me today for a 'top up' treatment and also a consultation on what maintenence treatment would be best for my skin during the next month.
